I could talk about my mom all day long. I feel lucky to have been her daughter. Sometimes I think about if I hadn't known about her illness, and am pretty sure I would be filled with regrets of what I should have done or said IF I had known. I would be happy if they just served a vegetable! The quality of the lunch actually looks worse than when I was a kid (and they knew a lot less about nutrition 30+ years ago). It is just sad (pathetic) that this is where we cut costs.
